This dream villa with sea views offers three comfortable bedrooms: The master bedroom on the upper floor features an en-suite bathroom in Provençal style; the guest room on the lower floor and the additional guest room in the separate apartment also have their own bathrooms with shower and toilet. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (with an additional heating function). The kitchen includes all necessary appliances: a modern oven with microwave function, a large refrigerator with a spacious freezer compartment, a dishwasher, Nespresso and Jura coffee machines, a KitchenAid kettle, a Thermomix, etc. A TV room with German and French channels is available for relaxing evenings.
